Product intent remains continuous across form, CAD, DFM and presentation.
Preparing Rhodark
Loading 37 product viewsIndustrial design that survives manufacturing.
Manufacturers, product teams and hardware founders bring us a rough brief, existing CAD or a production risk. One senior design owner carries it from product architecture and Class-A surfaces to DFM, supplier-ready decisions and launch evidence.

Manufactured proof / Arzum
The architecture we developed. The product that reached the market.
In 2019, while working for Alpin on an Arzum programme, we developed the handle, upper shell, control surface, cooking plates and grease management as one product architecture. The work reached the market as the AR2060 Crusty.
- 2019 design archive
- Official manufactured-product documentation
- Product architecture · CAD · surface · DFM
Surface, part and assembly decisions are resolved in manufacturing context.
Archive CAD, prototypes and market-facing products are shown together.
Begin with one product, one CAD problem or one manufacturing risk.
Where should we enter the project?
Tell us where the product is resisting.
A perfect brief is not required. Choose the uncertainty you already have and we will shape the right working model around it.
Method response / 01
The idea exists. Its natural product form does not—yet.
We begin with use behavior, market, manufacturing process and cost boundaries to establish the product DNA and its first credible form direction.
- Product architecture
- Form language + CMF
- Concept to CAD direction
Method response / 02
The model exists. The product still does not feel resolved.
We read silhouette, sections, radii, highlights and patch flow to reduce surface noise and make the object calmer, clearer and more believable.
- CAD review
- Class-A surfacing
- Highlight control
Method response / 03
The product is resisting the move into physical reality.
Part logic, draft, wall thickness, assembly, tolerance and supplier feedback are resolved at the same table as the design intent.
- DFM review
- Prototype evaluation
- Production transition
Method response / 04
A good product does not yet have the evidence to show its value.
Rendering, process imagery, technical narrative and case-study structure become one story for customers, investors or launch teams.

Decision evidence
Trust does not come from a beautiful sentence. It comes from a visible decision.
The same discipline should leave evidence in product behavior, surface and production detail.

01 / Market
From CAD archive to a manufactured product system.
In DecoBella, part architecture, product-family continuity and manufacturing logic can be read beside six market-facing products and official product films.
DecoBella product system
02 / Surface
A highlight is a promise of product quality.
Scan reference, section flow and reflection behavior are read together; the surface is refined to carry the right tension, not merely to look smooth.
CAD and surface approach
03 / Production
The load path becomes legible in the silhouette.
In the Bulut F-Clamp, casting, material distribution, grip and deformation review were turned into one coherent product character.

Manufactured plastic system / OMAK · DecoBella
Not one object. A repeatable product system.
For OMAK / DecoBella, shared CAD discipline, part architecture and manufacturing logic were carried across kitchen and storage product families. Six verified product groups reached the market.

Selected work
Proof in product, surface and production decisions.

Manufactured mobility / Kormetal
Surface decisions that survived engineering, approval and the market.
Employment-era automotive design work by Onur Daştan at Kormetal, documented through CAD geometry, engineering review and manufactured alloy wheels.
Manufactured, approved, stocked and sold.Open study
Connected product architecture / Valent
A compact field sensor shaped as one readable service architecture.
Smart-building and HVAC requirements were resolved through cellular surface language, a legible service zone and a compact enclosure system.

Visible thinking
Distinct enough to remember. Clear enough to manufacture.
A render is not merely an outcome; it is visible evidence of form, surface and production decisions. In Metosoft’s quiet front view, proportion, assembly and highlight share one product logic.
Explore our CAD and surface approachMethod OS
Observe. Anticipate. Shape. Test. Refine. Realize.
A practical system for turning product uncertainty into form, CAD, prototype evidence and production-ready decisions.
What changes: perception, trust, behavior and production decisions.
Industrial design / CAD / Class-A / DFM / CMF / Visualization / Prototype
- ObserveBehavior, context, competitors, touch points and constraints.
- AnticipateWhat people will trust, misunderstand, desire or avoid before use.
- ShapeSilhouette, proportion, radius, surface, CMF and detail hierarchy.
- TestPrototype, perception, ergonomics, structure and production risk.
- RefineClass-A surface, split lines, highlights, tolerances and visual weight.
- RealizeThe point where the object survives tooling, cost, assembly and use.

Project intake
Bring us a product that needs to think better.
Start with one product, one CAD problem or one manufacturing risk. A rough sketch, CAD file, prototype photo or supplier comment is enough for us to define a bounded first review.
